Whom would you choose to become,  an intelligent or a smart guy.                 Let's see-   Yeah, it is not wrong to say that intelligence can be inherited because many people are born brilliant who capture things around them more accurately and instantly on their mind. But sometimes intelligence can be developed during our lifetime experiences. I think that intelligence is the capability of a person to perform much better in critical condition easily. Learning can be anything like just acquiring knowledge about anything or practising to upgrade our skills for example mathematics, drawing, driving etc. But what makes us to learn throughout our life.
